Today marks the last official day of mental health awareness month, but that doesn’t mean we need to stop raising awareness!
Every day, we can share our stories and continue the conversation around mental health.
Every day, we can get closer to breaking the stigma, and mental health can be talked about as regularly as physical health.
Every day, we can come together as a community and shine light on mental health. We can try to break the silence, normalize talking about our feelings and struggles, and remind others that they do not have to go through this alone!
Registrants for moving for mental health will receive a personal fundraising page, where they can share their story and raise funds for Mental Health Research Canada (MHRC.ca)
On July 19th we will move. We will move for mental health awareness, mental health research, and our own mental health. You can run, walk, jog, skip, roll, whatever feels right for you.
